This coffee shop build-out was meant to reflect the vision of a Modern Middle- Eastern Café. This project completed at under $200 per square foot and 11% below the client’s negotiated tenant improvement allowance provided by the landlord.

About this Project
After completing the challenge of separating the drain lines from the existing neighboring pub, we satisfied the vision of our client with ideas jotted on a cardboard box.
With unique custom seating, a concrete counter top and tables made of metal pipe and re- purposed wood, the feel of entering a new world was achieved!
